Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes — that is what it was built for. Attendance, grade entry, class lists and lesson plans keep working when the signal drops, and everything you record is saved on your device and synced once you are back online.
Which DepEd forms can it generate?
Four today, in DepEd format and ready to review: SF1 School Register, SF2 Daily Attendance Report, SF5 Report on Promotion & Learning Progress, and SF9 Learner’s Progress Report Card. Every figure on them comes from data you already entered — the learner roster, your daily attendance, and your computed grades.
What about SF10?
SF10 is the learner’s permanent academic record, the file that follows a student across grade levels. It is not finished yet, because printing it faithfully needs a full cumulative academic history rather than a single school year. We would rather show it marked “in progress” than claim it and disappoint you in April.
Can I use it on my phone and on the school computer?
Yes. One account works in any browser on Android, iOS, Windows or Mac. Start a record on your phone in class and finish it on the computer at home — Premium cloud backup keeps both in sync.
Which grade levels does it cover?
Elementary, Junior High and Senior High. Weighted averages follow DepEd grading rules, and the E-Class Record templates match the subject you teach.
Do I need training or an installation?
No installation and no training course. GuroTech runs in the browser, so you can open it on the faculty-room computer and start with your class list. If you can fill in a class list, you can use it.
Who can see my students’ records?
Only you. Class records are tied to your own account rather than to a shared file on a faculty computer, and you decide what to export and hand in. For your school’s data-handling requirements, write to support@gurotech.ph and we will send the details.
